Kuwait Construction was involved in the expansion of a gas processing facility through the addition of a fourth cryogenic processing train. The expansion was undertaken to increase the plant’s overall processing capacity and support the growing requirements of the facility.

The work required careful coordination between engineering, construction, equipment installation, and existing plant operations. Working within an operating industrial environment, our teams had to maintain a close focus on safety, quality, scheduling, and coordination with the existing facilities.

Adding a new processing train to an established gas plant is a demanding task. It requires the new systems and equipment to be properly integrated with the existing plant while keeping construction activities organized and minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
Kuwait Construction brought together its engineering and construction capabilities to support the expansion works from the site level through to completion. The project reflects our practical experience in large-scale industrial and oil & gas facilities, where careful planning and disciplined execution are essential.
